Gail, thank you so much for helping us find an economical way to turn a functionally obsolete and run down Parkview 3 bedroom/1 bath shack into a masterpiece with a modern and sexy flowing floor plan. The open living areas, large 4 bedrooms and beautiful exterior design make this a home for today’s lifestyle. Without your inspiration, your expert technical guidance and your creative design this project would never have happened. You are the best!
Robert, what can I say. You took this project from the “train wreck” it was when the first contractor abandoned it after the framing stage and pulled it all back together. This was not a routine renovation. Before you could even get started you had to “un-do” some of the previous work and find a way to help recoup lost time and money into the project. What a remarkable job you did! The quality of your work is unsurpassed. Your attention to the fine details and craftsmanship is impressive. You very accurately captured our vision for this house without much guidance along the way. Even with the inevitable surprises along the way you were able to keep the project pretty close to our initial budget. The end result is a beautiful home which we can all be proud of. Thank you does not even come close to expressing my extreme gratitude for your miracle on Eleanor St.
